Ali is the Founder and CEO of Paramount Intelligence, an AI engineering and consulting firm. He advises and leads technology delivery for Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth startups, connecting business priorities with execution.
His background includes VEON and Alibaba Group, alongside advisory and engineering engagements with Schneider Electric, Syngenta, Donaldson, and Flexagon, spanning enterprise knowledge systems, AI infrastructure, and data automation.
At Paramount, Ali leads technical direction and delivery quality. He works directly with executive and engineering teams to build systems inside the client’s own environment, documented and handed over, so the client’s team can run, change, and own what decides how their business works.
Marty Kaufman
Marty is the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Paramount Intelligence, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading commercial growth, customer operations, and consulting businesses. He works with executive teams to connect business priorities with the expertise and delivery approach needed to address them.
His background includes leadership roles at The Knot Worldwide and Catalant, alongside consulting and enterprise technology experience at PwC and Siebel Systems, now part of Oracle. At The Knot Worldwide, he led a team of approximately 90 with responsibility for more than $60 million in annual retained revenue.
At Paramount, Marty leads commercial strategy and client relationships. He works with clients to define priorities, shape engagements, and establish clear expectations, ensuring the firm’s technical capabilities address meaningful business needs and create a foundation for lasting partnerships.
